“Test needs to be centralized in large corporations“

This is one of my strongest convictions about test.

test needs special skills and special mindsets. Nevertheless, there are proven methods that can utilized in almost any project and re-use of proven test methods saves time and efforts.

The consequence is the development of internal test skills in the company. During the start-up phase of a centralized testing group or testing department, external ressources should be used and internalized later on.
